Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged shoes, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
